I like to think I am an idea person.  I majored in Management Information Systems and Marketing, so am one of the small percentage of people doing the job I went to school to learn.  Now, the industry I serve did not truly exist when I was in school, but i graduated right before the DOT.COM boom so sometimes timing is everything.

Today, I am the president of Spindustry.  We help clients deliver their brand and communicate with their customers, and employees, through technology based solutions.  The fun part, not that programming isn’t fun, is working with them to see their company in a new way.  Sometimes you can be too close to your own brand and a fresh set of eyes can do some good.

I live in Iowa with my wife and two children and love the life I have built here.  You can’t ask for much more than enjoying your job, spending time with the people you work with, and having the rest of your time for your family and friends.
